We will be hosting vending all three days of the conference!

Vending will be in it’s own secure room and will also serve as a community space in which people will be able to sign up for short time slots to present on topics or offer acoustic music. More details on that soon, but we hope this will create an active and engaging space in support of our vendors and attendees!

The vending room will be open Friday 12-6, Saturday 10-6, and Sunday 10-5. The vending fee is $175 and includes one membership to the conference which also provides catered breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Spaces will be approximately 8’x6′ and we will provide one table and two chairs.

The deadline to apply is February 1st, but applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and we have a very limited number of spaces, so apply early!

Presenters/authors will have access to shared space where they can promote their own work. Contact us if you would like more information about that.
